egypt is a key player here. egypt controls the key access to gaza from the south. they have a lot of say in the kinds of arrangements that are going to be put in place in order to not have the kind of militarization they've had in place. they're critical to the economic future of gaza. egypt is the host here is the very important piece. next i think it's important that the palestinian authorities are going to be present there. if i were working on this, i would want to have palestinian authorities, a situation enhanced meaning president abbas's situation, and find a role for the palestinian authority with respect to gaza going forward. so those are some initial reactions i have. think it is good news. i do thing that obviously it would -- let's assume that they have the agreement of the israelis and hamas to participate. there was one sentence here which would be interesting to understand. it says here that during this time the forces on the ground will remain in place. the question presented there is whether o or not that covers the operations by the idea that the
